Keeping our kitchen fully stocked for breakfast and lunch. Coordinating with recurring subscriptions (coffee, lunch vendors) . General kitchen management: making coffee, unloading dishwashers each day, and generally keeping the office in good order. Cleaning and wipe down kitchen counters, coffee areas, tables, and appliances regularly. Managing the announcement boards with daily holidays, historical facts, employee birthdays. Keeping office supplies current, ensuring conference rooms are adequately stocked with supplies, and in general being proactive about seeing what would help the office run more efficiently and effectively . Shipping and receiving packages, collecting mail.
