Your role as the Channel Operations Manager will be to develop, operationalize and optimize programs, processes and systems to help DomainTools scale our global channel sales. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of several important aspects of Channel Operations as well as acting as a key player within the Marketing, Sales, Revenue Intelligence and Account Management organizations. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will be partnering with the sales team to help to build and manage our Global Partner Ecosystem in support of our expanding International Sales. The Enterprise Account Manager is the customer advocate within DomainTools, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and will drive expansion revenue and high retention rates for a specific book of business.
