Ensuring the success of Suplari customers by reviewing their data and making sure that it is correctly formatted and uploaded to Suplari; this involves normalization and categorization of large, unclean data sets.
Using your technical skillset to improve and streamline internal processes on the customer success team, so that we can best serve our customers' needs including: Building repeatable processes for data orchestration using Excel, Python, Automation Tools, etc.
Serving as a data best practice resource for customers and be a go-to person at Suplari to tackle challenging customer-focused data problems.
Participate in cross functional customer support across sales, product, engineering, and customer success to achieve successful product implementation and ensure that Suplari is exceeding our clients’ needs.
You will become an in-house expert on our Suplari platform, and have a hand in improving our product and features based on your product knowledge and customer feedback.
