Hire, Develop & Manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives.
Direct the sales process, qualifying and positioning of Snap! Raise products and services.
Lead new business generation, lead follow-up and re-signs of existing campaigns.
Ensure delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals and manage a weekly revenue forecast.
Rollout sales business rules, practices, and policies in cooperation with the outside sales team.
Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends our reach.
Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to customer relationships.
Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.
Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them.
Oversee the sales team to ensure company objectives and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set priorities for the day and monitor progress regularly.
