RoundGlass is seeking an inspired, self-directed and results oriented Content Creative Lead to produce exquisite quality video classes, courses, and live streaming workshops to our different products and platforms. You will oversee the creative framework and vision for our video content while capturing the mission to transform our user's experience through holistic wellbeing.

What you'll do:

• Ideate all elements of masterclass and master course and workshop content creation and oversee their creative execution throughout development, production, and post-production processes
• Review the subject matter expert script submissions with the instructional designer and make production recommendations to enhance the content experience and learning and boost engagement
• Prepare for studio and/or field taping, including selection of props and studio material selection and advising/coaching subject matter expert/faculty on performance
• Ensure media reflects the brand requirements and quality thresholds
• Develop templates, training guides, workflows/processes and job aids to assist with rapid development of instructional media
• Design, edit, and proof graphic materials, on-screen text, digital interactives, and images
• Manage timelines of multiple projects simultaneously and lead teams to schedules from the start of development to launch
• Partner closely with executive and cross-functional leadership on resource allocation, creative direction, brand strategy, product marketing, and class performance
• Conduct extensive qualitative and quantitative research to inform class development, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Develop and present client-facing creative briefs and foster trusted relationships with high profile individuals and their team
• Identify and develop resonant stories, generate original material, collaborate with high level talent, fine tune pitches, provided feedback on treatments, scripts, and cuts of projects in production
• Maintain relevant knowledge of the latest trends and technologies available for efficient, innovative and effective creation of instructional media

Who we're looking for:

• 7+ years of creative leadership experience
• 5+ years’ experience as a project manager, coordinating producer, production manager, or any other video strategy/execution role
• 3+ years’ experience managing technical broadcast operations or creative operations
• 2 - 3 years’ experience in designing online instructional activities to support adult learners in online instruction
• Demonstrated experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro), Vyond, and Captivate
• Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• Strong knowledge of the production lifecycle, including pre-production, audio and video recording, lighting, studio environments, editing, and content delivery
• Able to design end-to-end experience for workflows starting with information architecture, user journeys, concept sketches to high fidelity designs
• Able to work with engineers to understand client-side and backend framework constraints and capabilities and come up with feasible solutions that don’t compromise the experience
• Travel as needed to produce high-priority videos
