Are you an inventive, self-motivated, organized Producer/Project Manager with a broad set of hard and soft creative production skills, and the ability to lead a diverse and inclusive team of producers? Are you excited by the possibility of making games that bring enjoyment to millions of players?

The Magic Studio is seeking a Senior Creative Producer to lead the development and implementation of overarching production strategies and day-to-day operations throughout our creative team.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, encourage, and nurture a diverse group of creative production professionals across several areas of focus (IP development, art outsourcing, product innovation, branding, and packaging) to be leaders in their craft and grow in their careers.
  • Represent the needs of creative development with all production partners within Wizards, positively driving the relationships involved in development with minimal direction.
  • Own and optimize the overarching creative schedules for products, ensuring that all production phases flow efficiently between teams.
  • Drive iteration on those schedules and scenarios with your team and other studio producers, in collaboration with resource managers.
  • Surface issues, roadblocks, and concerns between development teams and drive alignment / consensus for projects and priorities.
  • Craft clear, detailed, and proactive communication to your immediate group and our studio leadership team.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience: 5+ years of creative project management experience, with a passion for driving quality execution on time across creative pipelines (concept development, art buying/production, print production, branding, packaging). Agency, in-house marketing, and game studio experience all welcome!
  • High management integrity: 2+ years as a trusted manager, advisor, driver, and positivity bringer with high EQ and low ego.
  • Servant Leadership: A primary orientation towards fluidly solving for the team and the organization's needs.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity: Can easily iterate on a number of complex and ambiguous scenarios to find the one that can make exciting opportunities possible.
  • Persuasive and effective communication: Experience in diplomatically and effectively negotiating efficient solutions across cross-functional teams.
  • Problem solving approach: Analytic, strategic and structured thinking, motivated by a creative heart.
  • Project management tool mastery: Has used a variety of project management tools, and can fluidly move between systems and approaches.
