Your role and impact
The UX Design & Research team is looking for a versatile, creative and experienced content creator who makes amazing products. You create narrative experiences through clear language and an authentic, empathetic, context-specific and conversational voice that transcends brand. As our core UX Writer, you’ll help shape and evolve the discipline at 98point6, in particular how we approach conversational UI and venture deeper into transforming our bot into a hub of dynamic services.
Responsibilities
- Shape the user experience of the product by closely collaborating with design, research and marketing to bring life to the 98point6 brand voice and tone
- Own the evolution of the bot’s personality and define how it will provide trustworthy, empathetic and quality care
- Design content for both consumer native/web apps and internal-facing interfaces, including microcopy, interaction flows, error messages, notifications and in-product messaging
- Build trust and influence with product, marketing and cross-functional teams by presenting work with context, rationale and detail
- Collaborate with product managers and UX research in analyzing usage and conversion data to evaluate content effectiveness
- Contribute to content guidelines for various product-related uses; identify patterns and evolve our voice and tone guidelines
- Clearly document and share process, workflow, feedback history and decisions
- Manage multiple projects throughout the product development process
Qualifications
- Background in product UX and collaboration with design, user research and marketing
- 7+ years of experience planning, writing, editing and creating content strategy for web and mobile
- BA in Journalism, English, Communications or related discipline preferred
- Experience with writing for both consumer and enterprise users preferred
- Resilient, motivated and passionate about UX, chatbots and writing
- Able to effectively communicate the content experience to stakeholders
