Swiftly is a growing organization, and we are looking for an experienced IT Services Manager to help us continue to provide the infrastructure for our internal teams. In addition to providing basic IT support, we have several software integration projects on the IT roadmap in the next 6-12 months, and we need someone with strong experience working with external vendors and managing contractors for critical integrations. We are also looking for someone with a strong knowledge of security controls for SOC/ISO 27001 compliance requirements.

 

Qualified Candidates Must Possess:

-5+ years of deep IT services delivery including basic administration, system integration, implementation of security compliance projects, managing hardware and software needs for employees and new hires

-Strong background with administrating the common cloud-based infrastructure solutions including Office 365, Azure Activity Directory, and Ubiquity 

-Experience in implementing security and privacy controls required for SOC or ISO 27001 compliance

-Proven ability to partner with business leaders to identify and implement best-practice based IT solutions to meet the business needs across the organization

-Mix of small to mid-size company experience managing vendors and contractors pertaining to complex system integration projects 

-Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

-Prior history working in a self-service environment

-Authorization to work in the United States

-Ability to navigate changing priorities and flexibility to meet challenges head-on

 

This role will be based in our Seattle office.
