The Corporate IT team provides IT infrastructure and support to empower the Assurance employees to be most productive. We use the latest and best IT hardware and software, and innovate in all areas. One example of such innovation is our office walls which are covered in TVs that any employee direct to display informative business metrics.

The Corporate IT team serves four functions: 1) Employee hardware and software setup and troubleshooting (helpdesk) 2) Inventory procurement & management 3) Office network and VPN management 4) Corporate directory (Azure AD) and email (Exchage) maintenance.

Description

• You will be hands-on, working across each of these four functions. On a daily basis you will have a variety of tasks, examples include:
• Employee accounts, hardware and software setup
• Ad-hoc troubleshooting of employee IT issues as they arise (across all 4 team functions)
• Planning hardware purchases, managing inventory
• Upgrade or troubleshoot office network firewall, switches, wifi, conference room AV

Requirements

• 3+ years of helpdesk work solving a wide variety of technical issues, with exceptional feedback
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Powershell scripting expertise for creating email lists and active directory management
• Planning, budgeting, and analysis skills
• Ability or experience mentoring others to grow their skills

Additional Desirable Skills

• VPN setup and management
• Managed active directory setup
