Job Description

The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for primary ownership of the CRM system, providing insightful reporting and dashboards to the Field Operations team, establishing processes for documenting sales activity (and tracking adhearence to those processes), modeling sales territories, and working cross-functionally with all teams within Field Operations to support organization initiatives.

A day in the life....

  • Lead the ongoing development of our Salesforce.com deployment; using Accolade business knowledge to design and owning customer interfaces, as well as establish processes and procedures to enable our business 
  • Responsible for user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows and other ad-hoc projects and tasks 
  • Support training of new users, and drive the growth of the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
  • Analyze prospect location data to ensure fair distribution of Sales Territories or create new ways for sales rep territory distribution (e.g. based upon industry, carrier relationships, etc.)
  • Develop strong partnerships and participate in projects across the Field Operations team, including Sales, BD and Marketing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in General Business, Finance, IT, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education/experience
  • Salesforce.com Administration Certification, with 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience
  • Experience in sales operations a plus
  • Detail-oriented, inquisitive, problem-solving in nature
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Experience in sales or sales operations preferred
  • Experience in healthcare technology or related industry preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to communicate with individuals at various levels within and outside the organization
  • Ability to build strong relationships with individuals at various levels centered on trust
  • Ability to perform well under pressure, adapt to change, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic, evolving environment
  • Proven ability to roll up your sleeves and make a contribution quickly
  • A team player capable of working effectively with individuals throughout the organization
