Lyft is hiring a Sr Anaplan Analyst for its Financial Planning and Analysis Team. The candidate will work directly with the FP&A Organization to build Anaplan Financial Models that would steer Business Performance by connecting Data, People and Plans across Finance and Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Build Anaplan Financials Models that would steer Business Performance by Connecting Data, People and Plans Across Finance and Operations
- Collaborate, support and advise business partners on strategic and financial aspects of the business with an eye to financial goals. You will work directly with FP&A, Accounting and Engineering functions
- Support forecasting, business planning and analysis for several key areas of the business including strategic alternative analyses, financial modeling, and applications of other financial tools to impact decision making and create actionable insights
- Improve the speed and accuracy of budgeting and forecasting; collaborate with business stakeholders throughout the financial planning process
- Conduct ad-hoc projects, reports, and financial analyses as determined by senior management
Experience & Skills:
- Strong understanding of the Anaplan platform, with previous experience in developing models.
- Expertise in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) preferred
- Expertise in modeling and planning for operations and finance
- Strong Anaplan Model Development experience required
- 6-7+ years of experience in enterprise-level software implementations
- Strong SQL, Dashboard Development and Data integration skills strongly preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Possess strong quantitative and analytical skills
Nice to Haves:
- Anaplan Certification
- Accounting or Finance major/minor
- Additional system knowledge (SQL, Tableau)
