You’ll be working onConvoy’s Account Management team which helps Shippers grow their business by connecting their shipments with thousands of Carriers across our network. We are tasked with making it easy and cost-efficient for Shippers to ship their products across their supply chain.

In your role as Business Analyst, you will own developing and delivering account management insights and metrics which will be used to support business decision-making for Shippers. You will be responsible for using data to extract new insights from our Shippers and conducting regular investigations into our Shipper base, extracting information which enables us to better understand the trends of successful businesses across our Shippers. You will also develop Shipper business modeling and reporting, as well as support business reviews for account management. You will support Account Managers and Sales Managers with segmentation, pilots tracking and business results.

You will:

• Analyze customer data and share insights both internally and externally, as applicable.
• Develop and distribute strategic customer reporting.
• Drive data. Ability to break down high level business problems into concrete analytical solutions.
• Operate across cross-functional teams to execute programs and deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Revenue Operations and Data Engineers to develop solutions that utilize the highest standards of analytical rigor and data integrity.
• Learn and understand a broad range of Convoy’s data resources and know how, when, and which to use.
• Responsible for building channel metrics/KPIs, which inform optimization of account management spend.
• Forecast eligible Shipper population and track adoption by variables deemed to impact Shipper retention and success.
• Own reporting across Weekly Business Reviews and Deep Dives for Shippers across Verticals.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• 4+ years experience as Business Analyst or similar.
• 2+ years experience in data mining, statistical analyses and predictive modeling.
• 2+ years of data warehouse knowledge BA/BS in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or BusinessProblem solving ability, task prioritization, and follow-up skills.
• Salesforce skills, including a strong working knowledge of Excel.
• Able to source, work with, and combine disparate data sets to answer business questions.
• Project management skills.
