We are looking for a self motivated and intellectually curious candidate who can take on the task of helping Pebble Health optimize our products to be more innovative, intuitive and aligned with our customer’s needs. 


  • Build financial models/analyses to evaluate new product lines and new market segments
  • Generate insights and ideas to improve customer experience and our technology 
  • Enable hyper customization of product design and pricing by predicting revenue and expenses for different customer segments
  • Identify business challenges, opportunities and use analytical tools to solve them. e.g. How to design products so it is easy to make great healthcare shopping choices?
  • Drive product enhancements through rigorous, hypothesis driven testing and establish an ongoing learning agenda


  • Undergraduate degree with a Major in STEM
  • 1-3 years of experience in an analytical role 
  • Proficiency in using Excel and SQL
  • Knowledge of Python or other high level language

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

What projects are you most excited about?

Currently, we're working on making it easy for small businesses to offer health benefits like HRAs and FSAs, which can be helpful tools to save costs and offer expanded coverage. I'm excited that e.g. HRAs can allow someone to see a mental health therapist they wouldn't have coverage for otherwise - many don't accept traditional medical insurance.

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

My role has grown from supporting individual customers to building out our company’s customer support processes, creating training processes for new hires, writing educational content, and managing the onboarding journey for new customers. I feel so trusted in this team, and it motivates me to continue growing and challenging myself each day.

We want to create a culture of ownership, customer focus and high (earned) trust. Team members own and deliver outcomes, instead of just tasks or widgets.



What are some social events your company does?

I like to say that at this stage of growth everyone is Chief Cultural Officer, and has the opportunity to leave their mark on the company.
