About the Role:

We are seeking a Manager, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) whose primary responsibility will be to accelerate user acquisition & nurture through customer-centered optimization strategies. This person will bring a mix of innovative ideas, measurement strategy and tactical execution to our most important user growth programs.

The Manager, Conversion Rate Optimization will be responsible for the ongoing strategy for the acquisition landing pages (lead forms), reporting, analysis, and recommendations for improving user experience and conversion rates via testing and optimization. They will develop personalized user acquisition journeys by understanding the key conversion funnel stages and building a roadmap to get there. This role is a unique opportunity to play a meaningful leadership role shaping the future of RealSelf’s user growth programs.

In this role you will:

  • Have ownership of the conversion optimization plan, opportunities assessments, test designs, implementation and insights generation against the business objectives.
  • Create landing pages tests and conversion funnels to acquire high-quality leads
  • Manage the day to day operations for executing tests and operating campaigns
  • Analyze key metrics daily, identify trends and execute a test to improve the target KPI
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams such as marketing, analytics, content, creative and product team to align with the resources required for campaign and user experience optimization
  • Manage the vendor/SAAS platform resource and budget.

 

About You:

Do you have a passion for solving problems? Are you analytically driven and more importantly a self-starter? The ideal candidate should have a data-driven approach to driving scale and efficiency across a wide variety of consumers touch-points with a focus on driving results. Candidates must be comfortable in a fast paced environment and be presenting to a variety of employees including executives.

You may be the right fit if you have:

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • Past experience with web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics
  • 5-7 years experience in a conversion optimization, strategy consulting, or product marketing function
  • Preferably, prior working experience with conversion optimization tech such as Adobe Test & Target, Optimizely, Monetate with knowledge of test designs methodology (A/B, mult-variant)
  • Proficient with advanced statistics and math
  • Ability to present data and communicate effectively at an executive level
  • Self-starter and a highly motivated performance-driven individual
