doxo is disrupting bill pay. We are founded on the simple idea to create a simple, secure way to pay all your bills from a single account. We’re a rapidly growing startup with over 2.5 million users paying over 50,000 billers, and we’re seeking a key contributor that will assist in managing and growing our biller directory.

Responsibilities:

• Drive data initiatives to grow and improve the doxo Directory. Work with Directory team leadership to execute data acquisition, cleansing and curating projects as directed.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis in support of task execution and track benefit associated with project completion as required.
• Coordinate contract staff when required in support of project execution.
• Identity data quality issues and take steps to remedy
• Recommend and assist in implementing improvements to existing processes and tools.

Experience:

• Demonstrable experience performing data analysis and management
• Ability to work independently on projects and drive them to completion, identifying roadblocks and proactively seeking ways to remove them
• Mastery of Excel
• Working knowledge of data reporting tools, i.e. Tableau
• Working knowledge of SQL, a plus
• Working knowledge of Mechanical Turk or other crowd sourcing platform, a plus
• Working knowledge of scripting, python, Zapier, etc. a plus
