The FLEXE Logistics team is looking for a Logistics Analyst - Client Specific to join our department. The Logistics team works with customers that have enlisted FLEXE to help them supplement or outsource their fulfillment operations for eCommerce and retail distribution. We provide software and logistics support to enable efficient and high quality execution from our warehouses on behalf of our customers. We are looking for a Logistics Analyst for our support team to help us manage our growing network of sites. You will be interacting closely with our clients and warehouse partners in day-to-day troubleshooting and assistance, as well as continually striving for enterprise-class customer satisfaction. The successful candidate is able to efficiently solve problems using a variety of resources and will embody our value of ‘Put Customers First’. FLEXE has a portfolio of clients who store goods in Third party (3P) warehouses contracted by FLEXE. Orders are fulfilled for retail replenishment in these consolidation centers, to support the large enterprise supply chain owner by the client. This role is specifically designated to be the primary point of contact for day to day issues related to this client.

Responsibilities:

  • Host daily triparty calls between client, warehouse and FLEXE regarding daily workload and issue resolution
  • Understand client specific order flow within FLEXE and be able to troubleshoot/support issue resolution in the system following SOP driven resolution paths.
  • Respond to emails from client or warehouse to keep them up to date and play “switchboard operator”, routing requests to the appropriate contact.
  • Be primary resolution point for transportation issues; including carrier equipment shortages/delays, shipment mix-ups, requests for special/expedited service levels, adherence to daily transportation reports
  • Support resolution of inventory related problems; for example incorrect inventory adjustments, inventory disposal for damaged/expired goods, special inventory handling projects.
  • Support FLEXE onboarding team for new warehouses as needed.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude to customers at all times.
  • Document customer interactions internally using CRM software to assist in minimizing future occurrences.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • General knowledge of excel or google sheets, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to creatively and efficiently solve problems.
  • Working knowledge of the shipping and transportation industry.
  • Strong affinity toward documentation and process improvement.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure, especially when customers are stressed or upset.
