Valant is a completely new platform solution, providing an elastic, scalable data model and mobile app experience to dedicated healthcare professionals. The flexibility of our platform technology enables an iterative and highly interactive approach to electronic health record implementation.

As our temporary, part time Market Research Associate you will join our marketing team with an initial focus on diving into our Salesforce instance and getting familiar with how our data is organized. Once mastered, you will help our teams collect data on enterprise organizations within the behavioral health industry, import data into Salesforce, and provide reports that will directly influence our enterprise Account Based Marketing strategy moving forward. What You’ll Do

• Ramp up to become an expert in one of Valant’s core research areas by collecting and entering data on behavioral health organizations within a specific dataset into the Valant Platform
• Create Salesforce data collection points to efficiently record and report on data collected
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with internal stakeholders in person and through email
• Work with our team to develop and improve processes, tools and methodologies.

What You’ll Need

• 1 – 2 years of professional work experience, which could be in the form of an internship
• Strong communication and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Interest in/passion for the behavioral health industry
• 1 – 2 years of professional work experience, which could be in the form of an internship
• Salesforce experience preferred but not required
• ‘Tech savvy’ (cloud computing, databases, reporting, etc.)
• Ability to effectively multi-task, establish priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly efficient in time management and able to meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
