We are looking for an inspired, self-directed and results oriented Researcher who can embrace the vision of this initiative and support the development of masterclasses. You will provide cross-functional research support to the Change Team Leads (CTL’s) in the creation and delivery of masterclasses. You should be well experienced in curriculum research, testing processes, ability to ideate and brainstorm and support all emerging research needs. You will also be expected to perform statistical research to establish efficacy of instructional design & delivery.
What you'll do:
- Conduct literature reviews
- Collect and analyze data supporting masterclasses or as directed by CTL’s
- Research and identify supporting resources in the preparing of a masterclass – developing lists of masters, books, videos, articles, peer reviewed journals etc.
- Support Masterclass Creation
- Support CTL’s with ideation by preparing framework questions
- Support Masterclass Testing including preparing testing questions, conducting Interviews, maintaining accurate records of Interviews
- Provide ready access to all masterclass related data for the CTL’s
- Manage and respond to project related email
- Attend area seminars and other meetings as necessary to understand developments and provide inputs.
- Prepare and manage progress trackers
- Design experiments to test & validate efficacy of a learning design and/or approach
- Correlation studies to assess, report and continuously improve impact (reception / retention / assimilation i.e., output parameters) of instructional design through modification in content, structure, training/teaching methodology (input parameters)
Who we're looking for:
- Academic and/or work experience related to the field of research, experience in curriculum building would be advantageous
- Proven work experience of minimum 1 year as a Research Assistant in the field of education
- Excellent verbal & written (English) communication skills
