About the Position:

Qumulo’s Senior Demand Planner will deliver high quality work around production planning and manage a broad range of responsibilities within Operations. You should be a proactive team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage demand plans for all hardware product lines
  • Interface with factories around product scheduling, forecasts and deliveries
  • Work closely with key vendors to analyze, forecast and ensure supply against future demand
  • Maintain and balance service stocking locations
  • Support the customer success organization with service parts dispatch
  • Work with suppliers to obtain warranty credit for returned/failed components
  • Support the Operations team with project management including updating project schedules and tracking of key deliverables for on time completion of projects
  • Implement changes to workflows and improve process efficiency as business scales

Qualifications:

  • Minimum BS/BA degree
  • Related industry experience - 5 to 10 years
