Leveraging your previous experience, you will:

• Positively represent CORTAC Group while working cross-functionally with the client 
• Utilizing Microsoft Power BI, build, develop, and design data platforms, reporting dashboards and diagnostic solutions  
• Create visualizations based on business requirements
• Deliver high quality project engagements in various client environments
• Conduct performance assessments, optimization and enhancements of deployed solutions
• Present verbal and written reports defining status, plans, problems and resolutions to all levels of client management
• Take initiative, work under pressure, be comfortable with ambiguity and entrepreneurialism
• Provide an atmosphere of excellent teamwork and collaboration 
• Be vigilant for opportunities to add value – supporting the client with additional tasks or additional roles to make them more successful 
• Identify and share growth and business development opportunities 

We’d like to hear from people with:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 7+ years of relevant work experience as a business intelligence developer/analyst
• 4+ years of hands on experience using Microsoft Power BI, SQL, and Azure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to present your ideas clearly to senior leaders and business partners and lead meetings with confidence
• Ability to drive for results despite ambiguity or project setbacks
• Ability to build effective client relationships that result in a win/win result
