About the role:

The Limeade VP of Strategy will collaborate with the entire organization to analyze, develop, plan, communicate, execute, and help sustain strategic initiatives. 

Responsibilities:

• Be the persistent source for the state of strategic initiatives across the organization (the “go to place”).
• Develop and maintain multiple strategic models (e.g., three horizons) in collaboration with other leaders and LimeMates .
• Synthesize business insights from all Limeade departments. Conduct analysis across a wide spectrum of insights, identifying patterns, connections and gaps and share across those departments. Articulate strategy via manifestos, strategic briefs, plans of attack, and visualizations – built on insights and original thinking.
• Collaborate with leaders in applying strategy to areas of focus.
• Contribute to department and company OKR initiatives.
• Run selective strategic initiatives and participate in initiatives run by other LimeMates.

Requirements:

• Ability to demonstrate our values in an on-going and consistent way
• 5-10 years total experience in the software, SaaS, innovation domain 
• 4-6 years of executive-level experience 
• Direct experience working in a highly strategic capacity 
• Deep understanding of the Limeade POV and salient industry concepts 
• Ability to gather and ingest large amounts of research, draw conclusions, generate compelling original ideas and make transformational recommendations 
• Ability to directly lead specific identified strategic initiatives, as needed  
• Proven ability to craft compelling presentations, documentation and visualizations
