Pinterest is looking for a standout Product Design Lead to drive the design direction of our Business Experiences team and to cement a growing design presence for Pinterest in Seattle. The Product Design Lead for Business Experiences will play an integral role in the success of Pinterest as we grow to meet the needs of businesses at scale. You’ll partner closely with engineering, product management, product marketing managers, data analysts, international, and research teams to bring the core value of Pinterest to businesses and people around the world. As the second designer for Pinterest in Seattle, you’ll be an ambassador to the Seattle Design Community and will be influential in growing the design team and culture.

What you’ll do:

  • Create elegant solutions to complex problems.
  • Design insightful industry-leading products for businesses that set them up for success and enable them to get the most out of Pinterest.
  • Partner hand-in-hand with a talented group of cross-functional peers to define how business/agency relationships should work and design coherent experiences to enable their setup and maintenance
  • Be the design owner and lead for this product area.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include: defining strategy and executing on it, balancing short and long-term goals and investments, developing alignment with cross-functional partners, partnering with designers across the Monetization org, and representing the team and designs in leadership reviews.
  • Identify opportunities and influence top leadership on how to set the Seattle team up for success 

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates outstanding design skills, deep systems thinking, and a passion for business design that solves complex problems, at scale.
  • Ability to transform ambiguous problem spaces into products with clear vision.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills with an uncanny ability to align cross-functional partners and cross-org stakeholders.
  • Scrappy can-do attitude with a bias for action and a focus on impact.
  • Experience in ads or business/enterprise industries
