We’re looking for a brand-obsessed graphic designer who loves bringing stories to life through powerful, customer-centric design. The right person will have an eye for top-quality B2B marketing design and a research-driven mindset to help connect design strategy to business results. You’ll play a key role in elevating Outreach’s brand and marketing program, to ensure we serve the right content (tailored for the right persona / industry / segment) throughout the customer journey.
You’ll collaborate with our senior graphic designer to create top-tier design pieces. You’ll have a strong hand in almost every public-facing asset at Outreach, so this role is perfect for someone looking to grow in their design experience and make a lasting visual stamp on this high-growth industry!
Your Daily Adventures
- Translate content needs, key messages and powerful stories into well-designed, effective, stunning art that meets the needs of internal key stakeholders and most importantly, our external audience
- Present well-considered design strategies, concepts and prototypes, and communicate the underlying rationale with confidence to your team and various stakeholders
- Partner with the content team (and lots of other teams across the company, like customer marketing, demand gen and enablement) to bring stories to life, by creating market-ready designed assets. Whether we’re building brand awareness, accelerating pipeline, winning deals or evangelizing our existing customer base, you’ll help develop it all— so you must be experienced / excited to produce everything from:
- Graphics for social media, paid ads or blog posts to drive awareness
- An e-book to drive interest
- Custom platform graphics to drive decision-making
- Sales materials (like decks or one-pagers) to drive action
- Customer email graphics to an intimate event to drive customer expansion
- High-visibility internal decks to bring messaging and programs to life for our Outreach colleagues
- Review, improve, and approve Canva designs from the rest of our marketing team to ensure all designs meet brand guidelines
- Maintain and improve our content planning process and calendar through Asana so we can execute on strategy in a highly scalable, repeatable way
Your Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 3-5 years in a design role at a marketing agency or high-growth SaaS company
- Strong understanding of common design patterns and principles
- Portfolio showcasing B2B design required
- Are skilled in presenting and explaining your work, process, decisions, and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders (including design-minded teammates and those who are less familiar with best practice)
- Proactively seek feedback to deliver world-class design solutions
- Impeccable organization and project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects with many stakeholders
- The ability to think creatively and share brilliant ideas of how to make content of all types interesting and impactful
- A high sense of urgency and organization while juggling multiple projects
- Are passionate about the details and are excited to keep pushing your work until it’s pixel-perfect and world class
- You communicate clearly and succinctly, both in written and verbal form, to various audiences across the business
- You have an inclusive, transparent collaboration style and good stakeholder management skills.
