About the Role:

RealSelf is looking for a Sr. Digital Marketing Designer to join the Consumer Marketing team. The Sr. Digital Marketing Designer will be responsible for ideating, creating and executing innovative and immersive digital consumer and content campaigns, including landing pages, programmatic emails and digital campaign objects. Responsibilities will include identifying key themes, ideating around the consumer experience, developing and delivering concepts to completion, working cross-functionally to execute. 

A successful candidate must be able to work at the strategic level (understand high-level briefs & applicable technologies) while delivering at the tactical level (developing/delivering concepts and experiences that are ahead of trend, on brand and actionable). This candidate will have a strong sense of elevated design and interactive techniques. 

The Sr. Digital Marketing Designer who joins the team should be passionate about the beauty and aesthetics category, have a high level of energy and be ready to jump into a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

In this role you will: 

• Be the creative visionary practitioner, the bridge between creative strategy and marketing-led digital experience for our campaign and content calendar priorities
• Own and deliver projects and creative workflows across multiple cross-functional teams to create beautiful and engaging solutions on brand and within deadline parameters.
• Resourceful and clever, with proven experience working at the forefront of creativity, intelligence and efficiency.
• Solve challenges quickly and delightfully, keeping the consumer at the center of the work.
• Deliver on larger creative, marketing and UX/UI strategies
• Create and maintain innovative project plans, be a hands-on team player, and self manage. (project schedules; collaborate effectively across teams)

About You 

You may be the right fit if you have: 

• 8+ years of experience in marketing-led creative design. Art Direction experience preferred. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications/GraphicDesign or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience crafting innovative and immersive end to end digital experiences through the lens of the consumer
• Experience partnering and collaborating on cross-functional teams and leading through creative influence
• Ability to accurately interpret and build on marketing briefs, data and feedback loops
• Demonstrated ability to present and sell concepts with excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills
• High attention to detail with a keen sense of elevated design and taste, specific to image and typography
• Sketch expert, expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop) and Google tools 
• Experience with video and motion design preferred
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant experience required with application

Travel: 

Light travel is anticipated for this role.

Work Environment:
