What you'll be doing...

The User Experience Designer is responsible for designing elegant user interfaces and rich user experiences. S/he will be charged with the design of web or mobile user experiences for a suite of visual analysis products with a constantly expanding set of capabilities.  This position will work collaboratively with engineers, product managers, executives, and other designers throughout the planning and development lifecycle.  

A few more things you'll be doing…

• Design highly interactive user experiences in web-based and mobile-based analytical products 
• Develop UI mock-ups, storyboards, flow diagrams, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and interactive prototypes 
• Work directly with developers to ensure designs are implemented as effective user experiences 
• Participates in usability testing, developing user experience standard and  requirements 

Who you are…

• Educated. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent profession experience 
• Experienced. A strong portfolio of past products, with a fluency in best practices for web-based or mobile-based information architecture and design 
• A True Team Player.  Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of design
