Job Description 
We are looking for a designer experienced in both user experience design and visual design for web and mobile. This is a hybrid role, supporting our team building innovative technology for enterprises. To do this effectively, we need help in documenting user and business needs, developing user flows and journeys, and translating those into lovely designs. We recognize that the hybrid role is a big ask, and we are confident that we can find the right person to join our team.

Responsibilities 
• Research enterprise customer needs and share these with the Luum team 
• Develop personas, user journeys, wireframes, and similar user experience artifacts to support new web and mobile applications 
• Create and update art assets for existing web and mobile applications 
• Create design comps for new web and mobile applications

Requirements 
• Three or more years of experience in software and mobile app design 
• Two or more years of experience developing user experience documents 
• Ability to generate prototypes, wireframes and user flows 
• Experience working with engineering teams
