Pinterest brings millions of Pinners the inspiration to create a life they love for everything; whether that be tonight’s dinner, next summer’s vacation, or a dream house down the road. We’re looking for an experienced Android engineer to join the Business Platform team. Our cross-platform team builds tools to help businesses generate value on Pinterest and enables partner teams to evangelize their work to those businesses. You’ll work closely with engineers, product managers and designers across the company to craft the way businesses interact with the platform.

What you’ll do:

• Design and implement features on Android to improve comprehension of tools useful to businesses.
• Work with designers and program managers to prioritize features and deliver them to customers. 
• Partner with other engineers to build a cross platform home for businesses at Pinterest. 

What we’re looking for:

• Deep understanding of the Android platform.
• 4+ years of experience developing user-facing features and systems.
• Deep experience in writing reliable, maintainable, and powerful code that may be used by many other engineers.
• Enthusiasm for collaborating with a diverse array of partners, including product managers and engineers across a variety of platforms.
• Deep understanding of Java or Kotlin.
