Job Summary: 
We are looking for a detail orientated Application Administrator based out of our Seattle Office. You will be working directly with the Manager of Application Operations to maintain and improve various software applications used by our sales and operations staff. All of our software is connected in a cloud environment which gives us the ability to have instant communication between departments for order tracking and client follow up.

This position has three main areas of focus: primary administrator of the CRM software, support administrator for the operations software, and point of contact for sales helpdesk. This position requires a high level of organization, ability to troubleshoot issues, patient customer service demeanor, and a desire to seek out improvements in our software.

Responsibilities:

  • CRM Administration:
    • Configure and release enhancements for the CRM
    • Maintain CRM product roadmap, following best practice of requirement gathering and testing prior to any software change
    • Collaborate with the Director of Training for any fixes, enhancements, or new features
    • End to end system testing for new software version releases
    • Assist with large sales data projects and new division launches
    • Collect data and import quarterly production updates to the CRM
    • Work with Business Analysts and Sales Directors to assist with sales report needs
    • License management and user onboard/offboard maintenance
  • Operations System Support:
    • Secondary configuration support for our Operations Application Administrator
    • Copy workflows between our beta and production environments
    • License management and user onboard/offboard maintenance
  • Sales Support:
    • Monitor helpdesk for sales questions and escalate as needed to Manager of Application Operations

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree with a high GPA or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience maintaining a CRM (SugarCRM is a plus, but not required)
  • Experience with parent-child data and data maintenance
  • High proficiency in English, both written and verbal (in person and by telephone)
  • Positive attitude and enjoy working in a team environment
  • Passion for innovation and disposed to continually seek process improvement
  • Work well under pressure, meet deadlines, organize workload and maintain accurate records
  • High level of proficiency with general office applications. (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel) and comfort with learning new applications as required
  • Inherent comfort level working in a startup environment where there are refinements, re-dos, level headedness, optimization, and a future focused perspective
