Responsibilities
- Designs and Develops Custom PSDK Applications per Business requirements.
- Work on analyzing and fixing production issues.
- Designs and Develops prototypes to demonstrate Application capabilities.
- Analyzes and defines Interface definition with Application Teams based on Business requirements.
- Create and handover runbooks to operations teams
- Lead cross functional Teams on Design and Deliverables.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to production support staff.
Qualifications
- Experience in building restful APIs.
- Experience in Softphone or Agent Desktop development using Genesys SDKs.
- Substantial programming experience in either Java, Ruby, Python or other interpreted, high-level, general-purpose programming language.
- Strong knowledge of Genesys Framework and multichannel setup, Genesys WebService and Genesys Mobile Services an advantage
- A focus on automating tasks or processes efficiently.
- Experience implementing custom Applications in contact center environments
- Experience in analyzing and troubleshooting Applications implemented in Web Technologies.
- Experience integrating with SSO and other Enterprise Applications.
- Experience in Windows and Linux OS.
- Experience collecting and analyzing network traces.
- Experience in profiling Java Applications for Performance.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Clear ability to communicate with non-technical business clients in being able to clarify functional requirements.
