If so, we're looking for an innovative and driven Design Technologist. A systems-oriented thinker who is equally happy writing clean, scalable code as they are quickly iterating on a prototype during a user testing session. What you'll do
- Be equal part Front End Developer, Motion Designer and Prototyper.
- Participate in concept development and design iteration.
- Develop well crafted prototypes to test concepts.
- Push the boundaries of what's possible in UI technologies.
- Be a passionate advocate for design systems.
- Bring a systemic point of view to problem solving, yet know how to isolate specific issues and opportunities.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure that interactive techniques and technologies translate through to shipped products.
- Be a champion for the team by working hard, respectfully and humbly earning trust and respect from your colleagues and managers.
- Mentor and inspire the team by setting a great example.
- Demonstrate tried and true practices, but when necessary invent a new standard.
- Constantly explore the spectrum of possibilities.

Who you are
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years experience with web, mobile web, and/or mobile app front-end development.
- Experience using JavaScript and CSS frameworks, tools and workflows.
- Experience with web, mobile web, and/or mobile app front-end development.
Desired Qualifications:
- Proficiency with contemporary JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, or similar).
- Experience building and scaling design systems.
- Experience with web, mobile web, and/or mobile app front-end development.
- Experience with data visualization frameworks (Highcharts, D3, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to present ideas to various audiences.
- Experience working in an agile team environment.
- A portfolio that demonstrate an ability to create products that are as easy to use as they are beautiful.
