We are looking for an experienced manager to lead a small team of engineers to help shape the future of Unity. You have probably worked on engine level tech on desktop platforms in the past and you know how to lead a team to deliver a fast and efficient runtime developers need to successfully ship games on any platform. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Unity R&D across the globe on core runtime improvements and requirements to improve the developer experience on Windows, Mac, and Linux
• Lead a small team of developers to deliver high quality features and performance improvements to Unity
• Help shape the roadmap and strategy for how we can best help creators of all kinds make successful games with Unity

Requirements

• Experience managing a team
• Computer Science degree or equivalent experience
• Strong system level C++/C skills
• Cross platform development experience
• Windows or Mac programming experience

Bonus Points

• C# development experience
• OpenGL / Direct3D experience
• Experience using Unity’s engine and tools
• Product or Project management experience
