Job Description: Experienced QA Engineer

Ripl (www.Ripl.com ( http://www.ripl.com/ )) is passionate about helping small businesses grow by enabling them to leverage the magic of digital media marketing. We are seeking to hire a Quality Assurance Engineer to join the team in order to fulfill this mission.

As an experienced Quality Assurance professional, you will have an opportunity to enhance and maintain our test infrastructure, using your best ideas about technologies and practices. You will be responsible for a quality product across multiple mobile and desktop platforms.

A typical day might include the following tasks:

• Act as a customer advocate.
• Identify and file detailed bug reports.
• Develop, execute and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test cases and test scripts.
• Perform and participate in front-end and back-end testing.
• Build API and UI automated test cases.
• Document, evaluate, track and manage test results and defects, working with the Development and Product teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Suggest improvements to our QA processes.
• Collaborate across teams, working well in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.

• You have 4+ years of QA experience with manual and automated execution of tests. 
• Being an active and expert user of different Social Networking services is a plus.
• Having a computer science degree and some programming or scripting experience is a plus
