About the role:

We’re looking for a Mobile Release Manager to lead the release of the Limeade ONE mobile application to customers. In this role, you will partner with engineering, product, operations and other stakeholders to deliver our employee experience solutions. You will also drive improvement and automation of the release processes.

 

As a critical member of our engineering team, you will work with an experienced group of mobile and web app pioneers, within the structure of a best-practices Agile Development process, based on a customization of UML and Scrum methods. We perform rapid, iterative, incremental updates to our platform and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with key stakeholders on defining our release schedule, ensuring all proper quality gates are in place and ship a high-quality app to customers at regular cadence
  • Monitor, measure, and communicate release metrics to a broad internal audience
  • Identify technical and process improvement opportunities, and work with cross-functional teams to implement

 

Requirements:

  • Ability to demonstrate our values in an ongoing and consistent way
  • Experience in release management of mobile applications (iOS/Android) in fast paced, highly collaborative and high growth environments
  • Proficient in app submission, review, and release processes
  • Experience in mobile application development life cycles, which includes building iOS and Android apps for beta testing, as well as supporting and improving CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and experience managing activities across multiple teams
  • BS degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or equivalent preferred but not required
