Blue Nile is looking for a passionate and talented Material Expediter, a key position within Blue Nile's fast-paced Quality Assurance Department. This position has varied work responsibilities that required standing, walking and sitting at workstations while following job work flow in order to create efficiencies. Responsibilities:

• Software proficiency
• Accurate data entry
• Effectiveness in multi-tasking and working under pressure on multiple assignments
• Handle confidential matters
• Running reports and monitoring dashboards
• Filing and locating work orders
• Retrieving and distributing work orders within Quality Assurance
• Jobs overflow from shop
• Researching and fielding requests from multiple departments
• Expediting product throughout the fulfillment center
• Light inspection of product as needed

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• W orking knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Attention to detail
• Interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong, efficient written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable, responsible and thorough
