What you’ll do: We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-facing Salesforce Administrator to join our growing sales team! If you are strategic and passionate about automating the sales process, connecting and visualizing data to empower sales teams to efficiently drive growth, this might be the role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Daily administration and support of our Salesforce instance including but not limited to creating/managing customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validations, workflow and approval rules, sharing rules, permission sets and triggers
- Building reports and dashboards that provide real time insight into our sales operations
- Lead and maintain data integrations with 3rd party software used across the business
- Work with internal customers to understand their needs, identify the problem and direct them to the proper solution or provide instructions for self-help
- Have a good understanding of underlying the platform, efficient and scalable Apex, Visualforce Code, and Lightning components
- Expert in configuring bundles (features, options, option constraints, configuration attributes), product rules, price rules, discount schedules, block pricing, cost, contracted prices, quote templates, quote processes, custom actions, and other related attributes
- Act as subject-matter expert at the company for Salesforce and seek out ways to utilize CRM to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations to support a program scaling at a rapid pace
- Work across teams to execute customer data improvement projects
Qualifications:
- 3+ years Salesforce.com administration experience
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform
- Experience with 3rd party tools such as Zuora, Yesware, Tableau and Adobe E-sign preferred
- Can read and understand Apex and Visualforce
- Experience in designing, coding, and implementing APEX code Triggers
- Deep proficiency with salesforce.com APIs and security model
- Experience with change and release management
- Salesforce Admin and Developer Certifications preferred
- Experience designing and developing in a collaborative and agile environment
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, hard working, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills
