About the Role:

RealSelf is looking for an experienced Salesforce platform developer who is passionate about designing, developing, testing and implementing quality software applications in support of commerce business processes. We’re in the midst of significant sales growth and this individual will help develop the future Salesforce configuration to support that growth, while maintaining the current configuration.

In this role you will:

• Plan, design and implement highly scalable frameworks for web applications on Desktop and Mobile.
• Deliver high quality, well written code that is quickly-understood, efficiently-supported, and easily-maintained by others.
• Write automated tests using the tools you think can achieve that in the most efficient and maintainable way.
• Champion best practices in SDLC, Agile, and software development.
• Experience in product and feature design.
• Support the SDLC process from release planning, sprint iterations, sprint reviews, UAT, and production releases.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

About You:

You are passionate about developing a robust Salesforce platform that can support the growth of our sales organization. You have the ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment and strong communication skills to help translate the needs of both technical and non-technical teams.

You may be the right fit if you have:

• Required Bachelor's Degree in CS or EE or related degree
• Must have 3+ years of Force.com development
• The ability to implement your vision using Object Oriented patterns
• Must have good knowledge of Apex, VisualForce, JavaScript, SOQL, SOSL, Java, and Selenium
• Experience working on multiple projects/products at the same time
• Experience working with remote team members
• Used to short sprint cycles and experienced in the full software lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Demonstrated ability to implement highly complex technical change within highly complex and integrated environments
• Passionate about delivering software application UX that is intuitive and enjoyable for users
• Salesforce Lightning Development Experience is Huge Plus
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or other Salesforce certifications
• Experience in scripting with ANT, Maven, or other similar build automation tool
• Experience in software deployments
• Worked in Agile teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with e-commerce business processes

Travel: Travel is not anticipated at this time for this position

Work Environment:
