As a Senior Managed Services Engineer, particular focus on high-value customers with complex

requirements that require strong coordination of both customers team and Auth0 resources to

drive a successful outcome.

As Senior Managed Services Engineer, there's an additional

responsibility for onboarding, coaching and mentoring new Managed Services Engineers in the

team. Executes installation, updating and maintenance of Appliances. Monitors health of PSaaS,

tunes performance, provides advice to customer for better operation, takes steps to alleviate

issues. Performs capacity planning, performance testing, etc. Escalation point for PSaaS support

issues requiring escalation from support team. Provides documentation around Operation

Interface back to the PSaaS Engineering team to report core issues, required improvements, new

feature requests.

Requires:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
• 5 Years of experience in building and maintaining distributed platform applications.
• 5 Years of experience with microservice architecture and best practices.
• 5 Years of experience In at least one database system such as MySQL PostgreSQL, Or MongoDB.
• 5 Years of experience in software observability (E.G. APM, Tracing).
• 5 Years of experience in containerization and kubernetes.
• 5 Years' experience In Golang, Python, Or Java.
• 5 Years’ experience in designing fault tolerant systems.
