Unity Technologies is looking for a Senior Front End Engineer with a passion for games to design and build the next generation developer platform!

Our cloud services enable game developers to add multiplayer features, gather feedback from players, ensure games are running well in the wild, and easily collaborate with artists and developers on their team. The focus of this role will be engineering solutions for our Multiplayer, Crash & Exception Reports, Collaborate, and Player Reports teams.

Stability, quality, and robustness of code are requirements, as millions of developers rely upon our services to create their best games!

About You

You should be well versed in modern web development methods and understand the different requirements that are brought upon by responsive and consistent design, continuous deployment, and communicating with complex backend systems. You should also have a keen sense of what tools, features, and information game developers may need throughout the process of developing their games.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and maintain high performance, ambitious user interfaces with cutting edge frameworks and tools
• Work very closely with UX designers as well as team of senior engineers building the next big thing
• Work with the QA team to ensure high-quality delivery of the end product

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience working with JavaScript and developing single page applications consuming REST APIs
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with modern CSS frameworks
• Experience with unit testing and end-to-end test frameworks
• Excellent debugging and optimization skills

Bonus Skills

• Experience in gaming
• Experience in backend development
