Security Engineering has an immediate need for a Senior Information Security Engineer with broad expertise in socializing security services and facilitating the actionability of security recommendations. This Senior Information Security Engineer must have hands-on development experience as well as experience helping development teams make positive improvements according to security assessment results. The Senior Information Security Engineer will work with security leadership to define and publish a set of benchmarks meant to guide teams in designing, developing, testing, and deploying secure software.

In this role you will:

• Collaborate with product engineering teams to improve the adoption of a secure SDL. 
• Draft, maintain, and enable adoption of secure software benchmarks that cover all aspects of secure applications including, but not limited to, protecting data in-transit, in storage, and in memory, secure coding techniques, compliance considerations, secure session management, preferred cryptographic algorithms, and devsecops techniques.
• Collaborate with teams within the security organization to facilitate communication and support initiatives that span across the security program.
• Apply security regulations according to both vertical market specific compliance and technical adherence to relevant standards.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Solid development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with package management such as NPM.
• Experience implementing SAST and DAST in a DevSecOps approach.
• One or more security certifications such as CISSP, CSSLP, CISA, or GIAC.
• Expert written and verbal communication skills.
