What will you do?

Set up CI environments to run a variety of different kinds of technologies and tools (e.g. Maven and Jenkins)

Understand tier-appropriate test strategies

Train and mentor staff on continuous delivery tools and techniques (e.g. CI, TDD)

Translate requirements into test cases (collaboration with business stakeholders)

Ensure tests cover software adequately (collaboration with development)

Ensure proper integration testing (collaboration with IT/Ops)

Drive adoption of applicable testing practices and procedures

Be a mentor of junior SDET’s within the team

Your qualifications should be:

7+ years software development (object-oriented software development) with Java

Comfortable working with source control systems (e.g. SVN, Git, Perforce, etc.)

Experience working in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban/XP) environment

Experience working with a build system (e.g. Ant, Maven)

Experience with a variety of automated testing types, tools and techniques (Unit, Functional, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, Selenium, SoapUI etc.)

Experience with performance test techniques and approaches.
