We’re an entrepreneurial organization that is growing fast and looking for an experienced SDET to help us architect and execute an ambitious test automation plan!

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our Software Automation effort while efficiently delivering quality software to our customers and stakeholders. You will be using Selenium and other technologies to automate our Platform API (RESTful) and frontend while supporting the development team with unit test code reviews and test plans.

What you’ll do:

• Create and support test automation and frameworks on multiple application platforms (Frontend, Service and Database)
• Work with development team to determine and measure key metrics such as speed, response time, reliability, resource usage and scalability
• Author metrics driven dashboards to communicate product health
• Create automated functional tests in support of our sprint work
• Investigate customer and stakeholder issues
• Create and manage bug reports and status communication with the team
• Create different test scenarios and acceptance tests
• Provide release sign-off recommendations
• Manage technical communications with partners to understand client systems or APIs
• Mentor junior members of the team

What you’ve done:

• Spent 10+ years automating frontend, middle-tier and backend services
• Spent 5+ years working with C#/.NET and/or Java or JavaScript
• Spent 5+ years in automation design or architecture including CI/CD integration
• Worked with SQL and NoSQL storage solutions
• Worked with Azure or AWS Cloud Services
• Utilized testing frameworks such as Nunit, Xunit, Junit and TestNG
• Demonstrated knowledge of Selenium (Webdriver) for frontend automation
• Authored automated tests for RESTful API’s
• Gained experience in an Agile Team environment (Scrum/Kanban)
