About the Team 

The Opportunity Management team is responsible for building experiences that sales reps love and use everyday. We are looking for a front-end engineer to join our team to collaborate closely with data scientists to build a world class user experience that enables sales professionals to prioritize, diagnose, and win business opportunities. Our tech stack on the frontend is React with Typescript. The data loading layer uses GraphQL and an Apollo client. We work closely with the Data Science team to integrate machine-learning models to derive insights for the overall health of a deal.


The Role

We are looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join our team to collaborate closely with data scientists to build a world class user experience that enables sales professionals to prioritize, diagnose, and win business opportunities.

This role is 100% remote or Hybrid for locals

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Writing high quality code using React, Typescript, Material UI and GraphQL
  • Serve as an exemplary mentor and provide support/guidance for other team members
  • Foster a culture of high quality code reviews and architectural discussions
  • Taking ownership of decisions made in the engineering organization by helping organization members make clear decisions in alignment with organizational goals, backing decisions made, and taking responsibility for their success
  • Partnering with product managers and designers to help build a crisp definition of requirements that generalizes customer needs and can anticipate future customer asks
  • Defining new frameworks and patterns that impact multiple teams across the organization

Our Vision of You

  • Preference for at least 12 years of recent hands-on coding and software design
  • Deep experience with modern front end technologies such as React and Typescript to build web applications
  • Experience in developing a complex application with performance in mindStrong problem solving, design, coding and debugging skills
  • Experience building and consuming web based APIs
  • Great communications skills and ability to give and receive honest feedback
