CreativeLive is looking for talented web developers with at least three years of relevant professional experience to join the growing technical team in our Seattle studios. You will be helping forge a new frontier in interactive online education, leveraging and contributing to open source technology.

Our Enterprise Team is focused on building out our new B2B subscription product line for both small teams as well as large enterprise organizations, as well as supporting integration with LMS (Learning Management System) standards. If you are a top-notch engineer that cares deeply about design, user experience, performance, and beautiful code, then we want to talk to you!

Along with your fellow engineers, you'll be working on an integrated product team to continuously improve the CreativeLive site and internal tools by

• prototyping and testing new experiences
• implementing new and enhanced site features
• iterating on designs based on data analysis and A/B testing
• actively contributing to refining our Agile development processes
• enhancing our API and service tiers

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of professional experience in web development.
• A passion for beautiful user experience and design.
• Experience writing complex applications in Javascript.
• Excellent HTML/CSS skills and ability to write solid CSS in Less.
• Experience creating responsive websites.
• An understanding of how web services are built and scaled.
• An active portfolio site and/or Github account, showcasing your own projects.
• Based locally. CreativeLive does not offer job relocation or telecommuting options for this role. 

Bonus points for:

• Experience with Angular 
• Experience with enterprise integration projects
• Familiarity with Node.js and the common frameworks and npm modules.
• Comfort navigating Unix and Linux
• UI motion design
• Any of our production stack technologies (Docker, AWS, mongodb, redis, Kafka)
• Expertise in any relevant domain such as video transcoding, machine learning, analytics, or SEO
