* 3+ years of industry web development experience with modern JavaScript tooling (React, Redux or equivalent, and so on)
* Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies. Experience working with React or Node.js applications.
* Demonstrated experience shipping high-quality product features on schedule. Championing the best software engineering practices such as continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.
* Strong collaboration and written/verbal communication skills to be able to work independently across teams.
* Experience in testing and deploying scalable web applications. Experience analyzing a feature in production using analytics and experiments.
