Located in Everett, WA, the Sr. Developer - ERP is responsible for the design and execution of ERP and integration development. The Senior Developer’s primary focus will be to provide development expertise and to ensure proper development practices, quality code review, and assist with appropriate task prioritization.

Your Superpowers in Action

  • Provide matrix leadership involving database environments, integration points and overall technical architecture
  • Assist in test functionality developed by the implementation team against business requirements
  • Provide tier three technical liaison to business groups for application support
  • Work with the Project Owners, Business Analysts and consultants to understand the business & application requirements of the assigned task
  • Develop end-to-end implementation
  • Configure, develop and implement MS Dynamics 365 and NAV software, as well as myriad integration points and components in all functional areas
  • Create new and modify existing customizations as requested by customer
  • Perform data conversions, debug system problems and craft resolutions
  • Assist in functional specification of customizations required for implementations
  • Take responsibility for the customized unit programming and overall system functionality
  • Assist with prioritizing workflow
  • Will provide coaching and mentor-ship to other team members

Must-Have Superhero Gadgetry

  • 5+ years of experience with MS SQL including Administration, SSRS, SSIS.
  • 3+ years of experience with commerce-based integrations (B2B, B2C).
  • 3+ years of experience with ERP software.
  • Experience with JSON, XML, and other common data structures.
  • Cloud deployment or integration experience.
  • Dynamics 365 or AX 12 experience highly preferred.
  • Microsoft CDS, Dynamics NAV, Agile development and/or skills are preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business management, information services or related field preferred.
  • Understanding of and ability to enforce best practices of ERP solutions.
  • Ability to develop appropriate architectural views (functional, technical integration) and documentation.
  • Capability of reviewing DEV team work and deliver working products.
  • Ability to thrive in collaborative environment.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must.
