What You’ll Do With Us:

• Develop new React / Material UI components and complete our legacy jQuery migration
• Help us evolve our core PHP and ancillary NodeJS and Typescript apps
• Expand our video post-processing capabilities, including language and sentiment processing
• Help the team mature the current application architecture
• Actively provide feedback while pair programming and in team retrospectives
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Technical Support teams to enable new customer-facing features and solve existing pain points
• Negotiate with product managers to find minimal-effort, maintainable solutions that provide maximum customer-visible value

What You’ve Done Before:

• 5 years experience 
• You have used modern JavaScript front-end frameworks, such as React with modern PHP experience really nice-to-have
• You know the appropriate times to use an ORM but can get your hands dirty with SQL; you know when to use a document store and when to use an RDBMS
• You have experience writing automated unit/integration/functional tests with a preference for TDD
• You are comfortable with trunk-based (mainline) development using feature toggles and with keeping master in an always-releasable state with the ability to deploy to production at will
• You have a track record of limiting work-in-progress, using one-piece flow and breaking individual stories into tasks that can be worked on by other team members in parallel
• You have experience with cloud-based deployments
