​Prifender is a very dynamic and exciting environment with top architecture, engineering and product talent. We are looking for an individual that will play a vital role in the implementation of Prifender systems at customer sites. The resource will be responsible for end-to-end integration of the Prifender software with customer systems including deployment, configuration and light customization. The candidate must be able to think independently; and analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems. The candidate will interface with technical and business leadership at all levels across customer organizations and will be a key technical representative in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with project managers, solution architects, product and engineering team to effectively implement Prifender software in customer environment.
  • Partner with IT personnel, Privacy, Information Security, Compliance, Administration and other technical customer functions during implementation process to correctly implement deploy Prifender software and overcome technical challenges while respecting external regulations for the usage of data.
  • Define and develop standards, procedures and deployment guides for the deployment of Prifender software.
  • Mentor and help to develop junior talent and integration partners.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in system management and administration.
  • Experience as an Ops/DevOps manager is a big plus.
  • Experience owning technical aspects of software integration project.
  • Experience executing on customer POC’s and customer deployments
  • Very strong ability to clearly articulate technical requirements and issues with project team members, clients, senior management and outside parties (e.g. vendors, partners).
  • Strong experience managing, hardening, profiling and troubleshooting CentOS, Ubuntu and Redhat based servers.
  • Programing and advanced troubleshooting experience using SQL, Python scripts, Java, and Node.js
  • Strong experience managing, hardening, profiling and troubleshooting CentOS, Ubuntu and Redhat based servers.
  • Strong experience deploying, maintaining and troubleshooting Java and Node based systems, Cassandra, Kafka, Spark and Hadoop clusters.
  • Experienced with Puppet, Chef, Jenkins and Containers virtualization is a plus.
  • Ability to investigate and apply technical solutions for emerging during and post deployment issues
  • Strong communication and organizational skills both internally and customer facing.
  • Highly self-motivated for success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • The job requires at approx. 40% travel.

Nice to have’s

  • Exposure and experience working in big data environments managing petabytes of data and information
  • Experience with data warehousing and data lakes or big data platforms like Teradata, Exadata, Hadoop, Spark is a big plus.
  • Knowledge of Master Data Management concepts, processes and tools a big plus

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional related experience
  • 3+ years of working for large company in financial, enterprise or ISV sectors
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
