About the role: This Technology Director, Pre-Sales will deliver high impact technology presentations that drive business value for customers and differentiates the Icertis Platform from the competition from a technology and architecture perspective, possess a sound understanding of current technologies such as Microsoft Technologies like .NET Framework, ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server etc. a plus, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud. Knowledge of AI and ML technologies as well as NLP is required. In addition, this role will respond to Technical RFP/RFI’s, , IT, security and compliance questions, INFOSEC documents and provide technical guidance and solution design assistance to Pre-Sales team. This position can be based in our Bellevue, WA HQ/Office or it can be #LI-remote.

What you will do:

• Respond to Technical RFP/RFI on Icertis products.
• Provide technical guidance and solution design assistance to Pre-Sales team.
• Provide technical and/or business consultative services during the pre-sales and/or post-sales cycle.
• Deep understanding of the Icertis product.
• Provide technical direction and recommendations for business objectives in order to improve the total customer experience.
• Perform technical presentations, coordinate proof of concepts, solutions and product demonstration.
• Handle calls with prospects/customers on all topics related to technology, security and product integrations. 
• Understand complex business problems and implement product features that are secure, scalable, robust and easy to implement and maintain.
• Take full ownership of product features to implement, provide bug fixes and write tests and tooling for those features to ensure they work well at cloud scale.
• Take pride of ownership in features that are used by users of Top 100 Global enterprises.

What you will bring:

• A minimum of 12+ years of related industry experience with at least 5 years in pre-sales capacity for products or enterprise solutions.
• Requires the ability to interact with various customers spread across the industry, geography, including CxOs, Information Security Officers, System Administrators, Architects and other computer and business professionals.
• Quick learner, ability to multi-task and work under pressure and work with geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral are required.
• Hands on experience responding to technical RFPs including technology, IT, security and compliance questions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Knowledge of Security and Compliance is plus.
• Experience in interfacing between various ERP products like SAP, SFDC, CRM is plus.
• Presales Experience for Product Company is plus.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
