Given our explosive growth across the company, we’re looking for a talented Web Strategist to transform Icertis.com into a best-in-class B2B SaaS website reflective of our premium brand. This role is best suited for a high achiever with deep expertise in creating phenomenal user experiences on responsive, SEO-optimized websites that drive sales pipeline and meet the diverse needs of prospects, customers, partners, job seekers, and investors. The position reports to the Senior Director of Demand Generation in our Bellevue, Washington headquarters.

Responsibilities:

  • In close coordination with Senior Leadership, Product Marketing, Corp Comms, HR, and other functions, use Icertis.com as a canvas to paint a compelling story about our company and product, one that drives conversions and accelerates deals through the sales pipeline.
  • Manage the web development team and own relationships with our web hosting, web development, and SEO vendors.
  • In close partnership with IT and Marketing Operations, own site infrastructure, tools and budget.
  • Deep ownership of Google Analytics and related tools to surface actionable insights in the form of dashboards and reports to key stakeholders on website performance.
  • Recommend and implement analytics-driven improvements to Icertis.com that meet the needs of prospects, customers, job seekers, partners, investors, and other key audiences.
  • Own SEO and manage our SEO vendor to drive substantial increase in website traffic, improve brand awareness, and meet our lead and opportunity influence goals for organic search.
  • Drive a consistent, premium brand experience across icertis.com and related web properties including our profile pages on research sites, recruiting sites, and app stores.
  • Drive continuous technical improvements to make Icertis.com fast, responsive, and optimized for organic search.
  • Participate in annual, quarterly, and bi-weekly planning sessions, and attend daily Marketing standup.

  • Consistently apply growth mindset behaviors: curiosity, analysis, outside the box thinking, networking, and deep ownership.
  • Outstanding communication and writing skills: able to ask questions or share information with clarity and brevity across verbal, phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills: able to define key workstreams and tasks needed to complete each, express in a project plan, and work the plan to on-time completion, providing regular status updates as needed.
  • Must be highly collaborative, able to work with a wide variety of internal functions to meet their business needs while enforcing website governance policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of website marketing, website strategy, or website content strategy experience, preferably with a B2B SaaS company.
  • 3+ years of experience running a WordPress site.
  • 3+ years of experience reviewing and editing web design and copy.
  • 5+ years of experience using web analytics tools and measuring website results.
  • Expertise in user interface and user experience (UI/UX) design and best practices, including communicating requirements via wireframes, layouts, and design guides.
  • Speaks fluently with developers, including a solid technical understanding of website architecture and technologies (e.g. CMS, JavaScript, CSS, APIs, forms).
  • Experienced people manager.
  • Must pay maniacal attention to detail and quality control.
  • Solid understanding of typical B2B digital advertising channels and social media best practices and technologies (PPC, search, structured data).
  • Creative, innovative, resourceful and get-it-done results orientation.
  • Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities.
