Responsibilities:

• Full cycle Accounts Payable
• Process invoices and payments in a timely manner in a complex project-based environment
• Review invoices for appropriate supporting documentation, approvals, and account/department/project coding
• Process payments: ACH, Wires, FX wires, check payments
• Manage and process vendor and ACH set-up / maintenance; maintain W9/W8
• Assist with month, quarter and annual year-end close
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal customers to resolve vendor invoice discrepancies
• Prepare month-end accruals and other month-end journal entries/reconciliations
• Work closely with the accounting team on various process improvement optimization projects
• Other accounting projects as needed

Key Qualifications and Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/business and 2+ years of relevant experience; or Business Associates degree with 4+ years of experience
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
• Ability to multi-task under pressure while continuing to maintain a positive and calm attitude
• Experience with multi-entity legal structures and foreign exchange transactions
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Exceptional customer service
• Ability to adapt to the needs of the business and is self-motivated to learn
• Make solid business decisions, problem-solve, and multi-task in a highly dynamic work environment
• Desire to exceed expectations and drive positive change in the organization
• Experience with US GAAP
• Experience with SAP Business by Design or similar ERP
